Sterling Davidson Center

Sterling Davidson Center is a Calgary-born violinist pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Music at the University of Calgary. He has collaborated with the Kensington Sinfonia and been involved in orchestral recording sessions at Studio Bell for the Juno Award-winning vocal jazz artist Caity Gyorgy. He was also one of two recipients of the Robert Ecklund Award for Leadership in Music upon his graduation from the Performing and Visual Arts program at Central Memorial High School. In addition to the YPMC, Sterling is currently a member of the University of Calgary Orchestra and has collaborated with the Calgary Youth Orchestra. Sterling also teaches beginner-to-intermediate violin lessons through a studio in Calgary and intends on pursuing a career in music education after the completion of his degree.
