Tess Coleman

Tess Coleman is a classically trained soprano currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance at the University of Calgary under Julie Harris. The highlight of her academic studies to date was performing the role of Belinda in Collegium Musicum’s production of Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas. Additionally, she was a member of the University of Calgary Chamber Choir who performed Home Alone in Concert in collaboration with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra. Past collaborations as part of the University of Calgary Chorus include singing Mahler’s Symphony No. 2 Resurrection with the Calgary Youth Orchestra. In 2026, she performed as part of the chorus in Alberta Vocal Arts production of Mascagni’s Cavalleria Rusticana. Outside of performing, she had the opportunity to work as a singing and acting coach at Cassa Musical Arts where she enjoyed mentoring young performers.
